An institution for decades, The Ram Restaurant renovation required a deft touch.  The history, tradition, and overall feel of the Austrian-inspired space is vitally important to the Sun Valley Resort.  Iconic decorative accents and overall layouts are maintained, while furnishings, finishes and lighting are upgraded for added comfort, durability and visual refinement.  A custom velvet milled in Paris, rich leathers, beechwood chairs and heritage brass lighting add a high level of luxury and grace.  In the finishing touches, branded charger plates, landscape fine art prints, and tablescapes were all hand selected.  A reinterpreted logo and menu design complete the total interiors update with sensitive re-envisioning of an icon.
